CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you! At Kim Bouman Beauty + Primp Make-Up Lounge LLC, we require at least 48-hours' notice for PERMANENT COSMETICS in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment without incurring a 50% fee. This fee will also apply to clients that arrive more than 15 minutes after the service start time. Procedure services include all forms of Permanent Cosmetic at Kim Bouman Beauty + Primp Make-Up Lounge LLC services (Microblading, Brows, Eyeliner, Lip Blush and Micropigmentation) For Primp Make-Up & Brow Lounge LLC BEAUTY SERVICES,( brow shaping, lash and brow tinting, make up, etc.). (non permanent make up) we require at least 24-hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without incurring a 50% fee. This fee will also apply to clients that arrive to their Primp Make-Up & Brow Lounge or consultation appointment more than 10-minutes after the service start time. Our no-charge consultations are subject to a $25 late cancellation/no show fee. Appointments cancelled within 2-hours' of their BEAUTY SERVICE with Primp Make-Up & Brow Lounge and No Shows will be charged 100% of appointment fee.
